I am a certified personal trainer based in Amsterdam with 5 years of training experience, specialising in strength training, boxing and kickboxing. I’m a Henselmans certified PT with a background in Sports Science.
My strengths are my knowledge of strength training and nutrition, and the personal attention I give every client. Results are key β personalisation always comes before standard programmes.
I offer personal training, online coaching, kickboxing and boxing classes, and nutrition coaching β individually tailored to your goals.
